I signed up for the newsletter but I have not been receiving the newsletter. Why?
There could be several reasons why you are not receiving the newsletter. We send out a confirmation link after you sign up. This is an anti-spam measure (called double opt-in). If you didn't click on the link, your account is not activated. To request activation, send e-mail to webmaster@journalpub.com. If you did click on the activation link but you are not getting the newsletter, it may be because your ISP or IT department is blocking the newsletter, thinking it is spam. Contact your ISP or IT Department and ask that journalpub.com to be put on the "white list."

First you must register with the site. When you attempt to read an article that is flagged as paid content (noted by the $ icon) you will be prompted to answer "Yes, I am a print subscriber" or "No, I am not a print subscriber". If you click yes, you need your account number from your mailing label of a recent print edition. Enter that code and if you are in good standing, you will be granted access.
If you are not a print subscriber, choose No and you will be prompted for your credit card payment information via our secure system. Articles are available to non-print subscribers at $3 per article.
