Every year, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and the business journals from across the state recognize Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business. This program successfully highlights the state's most dynamic and accomplished women business leaders, highlighting their contributions to business and the community, along with their abilities to overcome obstacles in their careers. In addition to being honored at an evening reception, the winners are profiled in this special supplement to the Central Penn Business Journal, Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal, Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal and the Pittsburgh Business Times.
