The county unveiled the revolving loan fund earlier this month.
Officials said they will use about $980,000 in annual liquid fuels money to create the Dauphin County Infrastructure Bank. Those funds will leverage money from the state Department of Transportation's Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank.
The goal is to provide up to $30 million over the next three years in low-interest loans for qualifying transportation projects.
The DCIB loans are available to municipalities and private companies. The Dauphin County Gaming Advisory Board will review the projects through an open process that will include public hearings.
Applications will be accepted between May and August and the board will make funding recommendations to the commissioners in February. For more information about the process, call 717-780-6250.
