A 10,000-square-foot Hampden Township office for AAA Central Penn is expected to be completed by September, spokesman Shawn Kaup said.

AAA held a groundbreaking ceremony Feb. 27 at the site of its new facility at 4680 E. Trindle Road.

Susquehanna Township-based Laughner Patel Developers is the project manager on the project, which is being financed by the Capital Region Economic Development Corp., or CREDC, and Riverview Bank.

CREDC provided $540,000 in Enterprise Zone loan funding, while the bank is supplying nearly $1.7 million in financing for the project. Riverview, based in Dauphin County, has branches in Riverview, Marysville and Halifax.

AAA will be moving out of its 6,000-square-foot leased space at 3433 Trindle Road in Camp Hill.

Wormleysburg-based Pyramid Construction Services Inc. is the general contractor on the project. Hampden Township-based Maule+Associates Architects designed the new building. Alpha Consulting Engineers Inc., based in Fairview Township, is the civil engineer.
