The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank named Susan Hubley, John Klobusicky, John MacDonald and Dan Reisteter to its board. Hubley is director of community affairs of Pittsburgh-based Highmark Inc.'s central region. She has been with the company for 24 years and oversees all aspects of grant making and community outreach programs. She has a BA in communications, journalism and public relations from Shippensburg University. Klobusicky is an administrative vice president with M&T Bank. He oversees the defined benefit, endowment and foundation area, as well as institutional operating accounts, and has a BA in English and an MBA in finance and investment from Marywood College. MacDonald is director of marketing and external communications with Giant Food Stores. He also is a continuing education adjunct professor with Elizabethtown College and Delaware Valley College. He has a BS in marketing from Bloomsburg University and a master's degree in business administration from Lebanon Valley College. Reisteter is vice president of government relations with the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. He has a BS in political science from the University of Scranton.
