Army Heritage Days canceled due to 'budgetary restrictions'

The U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center in Cumberland County said today that the Army Heritage Days event for 2013 has been canceled due to military “budgetary restrictions.”

The restrictions have constrained outreach activities and events, according to a news release.

The most popular annual event for the center was scheduled for May 18-19, the release stated. It regularly has drawn more than 10,000 visitors, according to the release.
