The companies said they will collaborate to bring new business analytics and big data solutions to the rapidly changing health care industry.

Tiboni said it has represented every part of the health care system, including providers, payers, policy makers and life sciences companies.

"The one common thread among every organization is the collection of enormous amounts of data which must be properly utilized and acted on to improve outcomes such as quality, cost efficiency and patient safety and satisfaction," Tiboni president Brian Tiboni wrote in a news release.

Tiboni, founded in 1988, has offices in Harrisburg and Washington, D.C. VisiQuate, founded in 2009 and headquartered in California, has an office in Mechanicsburg.
