Washington, D.C.-based Abraham & Roetzel Government Affairs named Lou Crocco managing director of its Pennsylvania practice in Harrisburg. He was managing director of a law firm’s lobbying practice, executive director of the Pennsylvania House Republican Policy Committee and a committee staffer with the Pennsylvania House Health and Human Services Committee. Kimberly Contino was named a senior government affairs adviser. She was a former counsel to the state Senate majority leader and a staff member with the state House Consumer Affairs Committee. Scott Roberts was named senior adviser. He was deputy secretary for mineral resources management with the state Department of Environmental Protection.
