The Lower Paxton FamilyCare, a net-leased medical office building on Patton Road in Lower Paxton Township, has been sold for $4.26 million, according to California-based Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the firm who arranged the sale.
The 13,050-square-foot office was a build-to-suit for PinnacleHealth System in 2006. The sales price is a record-high for Central Pennsylvania at $326 per square foot, the firm said in a news release announcing the deal.
Susquehanna Township-based FMC Investments LLC was the seller and Chester County-based REBCOR Inc. was the buyer, according to Dauphin County court records.
