In December, residents from both York and Lancaster counties filled the Hellam Fire Company Hall with one of two intentions: voice their concerns to the state's Department of Environmental Protection regarding a proposed Perdue Agribusiness soybean oil extraction facility or listen to what their neighbors had to say about possible air pollution fouling the air.
