A Centre County limited liability corporation known as Skyline Profits LLC is the listed buyer, according to Dauphin County court records. An agreement is in place, but final settlement has not yet occurred.

Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Harrisburg-based Sutliff Auto Group listed the site for $3.95 million after ending its relationship with Suzuki after two years of franchise ownership.

The plan is to maintain the 7.6-acre property at 1000 Paxton St. as an automotive dealership, said David Remmel, president of East Pennsboro Township-based Landmark Commercial Realty Inc., the listing agent.

The site could be used to sell Mitsubishi vehicles, Remmel said.
