Presbyterian also announced the acquisition of four Springwood senior housing properties, with ownership transfer expected in the first quarter of this year, the release stated.

The four properties in the York and Shrewsbury areas are senior housing projects funded with tax credits provided by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, according to the release.

Presbyterian Senior Living is a nonprofit providing retirement and senior care services to more than 5,400 seniors at locations in Delaware, Maryland, Ohio and Pennsylvania, according to the release.
