JLG, based in McConnellsburg, Fulton County, will provide the Army with an unspecified number of All-Terrain Lifter Army Systems, or ATLAS vehicles, in the contract that runs through Dec. 27, according to the DOD.

The department said the locations of work for the contract would be determined by each order, so it’s unclear if JLG’s facility in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, would receive additional work.

Company officials were not immediately available to provide additional information.

The contract is a modification on existing deals JLG has with the government.

In July, DOD awarded JLG a five-year, $633 million contract to provide material handling and access equipment to military branches and various civilian agencies.

JLG is a subsidiary of Wisconsin-based Oshkosh Corp., which makes heavy trucks for military, commercial and emergency-response uses. Oshkosh trades its stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol OSK.
