Nearly 400 multifamily units sold in Lancaster County for $28.2M

A portfolio of three multifamily properties in Lancaster County, totaling 387 units, recently sold for $28.2 million, according to California-based Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the firm who arranged the sale.


The properties are:

Windsor Court Townhomes, a 126-unit complex in East Hempfield Township. It sold for $10.9 million, or $73 per square foot.

Cherryhill Villas, a 118-unit complex in East Hempfield Township. It sold for $8.5 million, or $98 per square foot.

Sweetbriar Apartments, a 143-unit complex in Manheim Township. It sold for $8.8 million, or $76 per square foot.

The properties were purchased by a New York City-based limited liability corporation through property-specific limited partnerships, according to Lancaster County property records. The listed owners are SF Windsor Court LP, SF Cherry Hill LP and SF Sweetbriar LP.
