Promenade at Lebanon East sold for $12M

The Promenade at Lebanon East along Route 422 in Lebanon has been acquired by New Jersey-based Paramount Realty Services Inc. for $12 million, according to a news release from CBRE Inc.

CBRE represented the grocery-anchored shopping center's seller, Lebanon East Venture LP, in the transaction, the release stated.

A Giant Food Stores location and a CVS/pharmacy anchor the site, and Cumberland County-based Giant invested significant capital to remodel its store in 2010 and earlier this year added gas pumps, according to the release.
