The contract is with Associa Advantage, a program managed by Associa, the largest community association management firm in North America.
Brand development and launching the site will be the scope of 2012 work, followed by expanded marketing efforts in 2013, JPL said.
The partnership is expected to help the firm of about 100 employees expand its national footprint in the area of integrated and strategic communications.
The Dauphin County company did not disclose the amount of the contract.
Last year, JPL joined forces with Abel Communications, a public relations company in Baltimore, Md.
