Hollywood Casino added eight tables. Gross revenue was nearly $3.08 million in May compared to about $3.18 million in May 2011, the agency said.
With an average of 1,031 tables in daily operation across Pennsylvania’s 11 casinos, gross revenue was more than $55.2 million in May, the agency said. That was up 7.4 percent from last May, when commonwealth casinos averaged 891 tables.
Six of the casinos reported declines in table revenues for the month.
The 11 casinos collectively have generated more than $6.5 billion in tax and license-fee revenue since the first casino opened in November 2006.
