SBA on Monday announced the award to CEO Neftali Arroyo and President Brian K. Lebeau Sr. of Upper Allen Township-based Client Solutions Architects, a business consulting firm. It offers management, acquisitions, procurement, financial and logistics services to government agencies and companies.

Arroyo and Lebeau in June will be presented with an award in Philadelphia as part of a local celebration of National Small Business Week, which runs May 20 to 26. The executives were selected from nominees in the 40-county area of eastern Pennsylvania.
