A panel discussion will take place at 8 a.m., followed by a keynote address from York County Republican Rep. Ron Miller at 9 a.m.
The panel will discuss how career and technical education in Central Pennsylvania affects jobs and the economy. It will include business and education leaders, graduates and a student of career and technical education, HACC said.
Students from Adams,Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin and Perry counties will be demonstrating projects and programs from 7:15 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
