The announcement on the proposed project is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. at Urban Meadow, located between HACC’s Midtown 1 facility at 1423 N. Fourth St. and Midtown 2 facility at 1500 N. Third St.

In 2007, HACC opened its Midtown campus at North Third and Reily streets and on North Fourth Street.

GreenWorks led the charge on the $17 million redevelopment of the 130,000-square-foot former Evangelical Press building. It also built a $14 million, 74,000-square-foot mixed-use office building across the street where HACC has offices. The building’s Green Center offers green technology courses.
