Atlanta-based private equity firm Roark Capital Group has completed its acquisition of Lancaster pretzel maker Auntie Anne’s, the companies said today.

Auntie Anne’s is the sixth franchise in Roark Capital’s Focus Brands portfolio, which includes Carvel Ice Cream, Cinnabon and Seattle’s Best Coffee.

Auntie Anne’s is the world’s largest hand-rolled soft pretzel chain, with nearly 1,100 stores in 44 states and 21 countries. The 22-year-old firm has 220 full-time and 119 part-time employees at its headquarters.

The deal was announced last month. Terms were not disclosed.
