Senator Teplitz will discuss his new role as senator and the governor's budget, and encourage students to vote and to get active in the community.

His presentation will be streamed live online through "Central Penn Presents," giving online and continuing education students—and the community—the opportunity to tune in and ask questions. Senator Teplitz also is a part-time professor for Central Penn College.

Teplitz’s wife, Randi, a professor of legal studies at Central Penn, will provide welcoming remarks. This presentation is part of Central Penn’s regular Common Hour speaking series, which brings different community leaders to campus to speak on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to community service, leadership, awareness, professionalism, diversity, etc.
