advertising, and we are now in Central PA. Our field of membership includes the Harrisburg, Lancaster and Philadelphia Regions. Our members are women who work in design, advertising, marketing, business development, digital design, theater, education, and other professions. The industries we work in range from financial and health services to non-profit and community aid-based work. The common bond we all share is that we are motivated in doing innovative work with like-minded people in order to make our space in the world better for each other and our communities.

Tracy teams with corporations, organizations and individuals to forge relationships, establish value, optimize and inspire.She has an extensive background in integrated brand communications, public and community relations, business transformation strategy, project and event management, training and performance analytics.

Currently Tracy is the Senior Director of Public Affairs at Nuclear Energy Institute in Washington, DC. Before joining NEI, Tracy Mason’s marketing and strategic communications career spanned across small, medium and Fortune 100 global corporations within energy, technology, education, and media sectors including ExxonMobil, Apple and AccuWeather.
